Viva's "DANCE WITH ME" toddler dance class is the perfect way to nurture their natural love for movement while helping them develop both motor and social skills in a fun and engaging environment. This 30 minute class is a perfect way to introduce your child to a structured class setting where they can learn and grow with confidence in your presence. All "DANCE WITH ME" students will need to be accompanied by a parent or adult caregiver to attend.
2.5-3 years old
Unleash your little one's inner dancer! This exciting 30 minute class for toddlers introduces the fundamentals of dance through creative movement, imaginative play, props, and lively music. This class provides an introduction to structured class time working to develop motor skills and independence all while encouraging exploratory movement and fun with friends!
Pre-K
Age: 3-4 years old
Our Pre-K classes at VDC offer a fun and engaging introduction to a variety of different dance styles, including acro tumbling. These classes focus on building fundamental movement and coordination in a classroom perfectly balanced with structure and fun! Your child will learn foundational genre specific skill sets, build independence, and develop social skills all while fostering their love for movement and music.
5-7 year old
This is the perfect age to ignite their passion for dance! Our 5-7 year old recreational dance classes focus on building fundamental genre specific dance skills, coordination, and confidence through age appropriate lessons and activities.
Classes will incorporate creative movement, music exploration, and self expression. The emphasis in our recreational dance program is on enjoyment and fostering a love for dance while developing strong foundational skills, building friendships, and making priceless memories along the way.
8+ year old
Step up your skills in one of our genre specific classes designed for beginners or those with prior dance experience, providing age-appropriate instruction to ensure every student shines! Self-esteem will be built through performance and students will learn to colloborate with classmates in a supportive and fun learning environment.
Students will explore new ways to move and express themselves while diving into a deeper understanding of music and rhythm, connecting movement to sound.
